We, the African Student Union, acknowledge the circumstances that are occurring simultaneously in the continent of Africa. Our greatest hope is for our members to not only amplify Nigerian voices but also to continue to stand in solidarity with other African nations. We will do all that is in our power to continue to lift our voices and spread the word about the #ENDSARS movement. African Lives Matter, African Lives ARE Black Lives, and WE matter. We encourage you to join us in our efforts to email and/or call government officials and demand an end to police brutality, donate to organizations that aid #ENDSARS protesters, and be on alert for news in Nigeria as we come together as a community to take a stance.
